How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can also sign-in to the Your Account page on our website. If you have not yet created an account you can do so with the same email address you used to place your order. Once signed-in choose My Orders and click on the appropriate order number.

We offer multiple shipping methods, though the options you see at checkout might vary depending on your location. All delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on numerous factors.

The Fine Print:

  • All orders are generally processed for shipping within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • EasyInsiders: To qualify for free shipping, you must sign-in to your EasyStandard account at time of checkout.
  • Standard orders will be shipped via FedEx, FedEx SmartPost, or the USPS.
  • Expedited and Express orders will be shipped and delivered by FedEx.
  • Orders addressed to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO can be delivered only via Standard shipping.
  • We do not charge additional handling fees.
  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but shipping fees will not be affected.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping but we plan to in the near future.


Something not quite right? Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 30 days of purchase — easy peasy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and unused.
