How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can also sign-in to the Your Account page on our website. If you have not yet created an account you can do so with the same email address you used to place your order. Once signed-in choose My Orders and click on the appropriate order number.

Shipping and Handling

All delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on numerous factors.  Orders are generally delivered within 2-5 business days from the shipment date.  

Delivery Fees:

  • Free for all EasyInsiders (Gold Standard tier)
  • Free for all EasyInsiders (Higher Standard tier) for purchases of $50 or higher
  • Free for purchases of $100 or higher
  • $7.95 for all others

The Fine Print:

  • We ship to the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.  We do plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
  • All orders are generally processed for shipping within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • EasyInsiders: To qualify for free shipping, you must sign-in to your EasyStandard account at time of checkout.
  • We accept orders addressed to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.
  • We do not charge additional handling fees.
  • Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but shipping fees will not be affected.
