How do I start a return?
It’s super, super easy.
Just click here to start the return process. All you need is your order number and either your shipping zip code or email address.
Something not quite right? Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 30 days of purchase — easy peasy. Items marked “Final Sale” are, indeed, final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. All else is fair game.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and unused. For orders placed between November 15 and January 1, you have until January 31 to process a return.

Is there a restocking fee?
No. Exchanges and returns are free.
Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?
Nope! Ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s still protected to avoid damage in transit. If your item(s) came in a soft mailer, there's a second adhesive strip to make it reusable.
Do I need to include an order slip?
Nope! We have all the information we need as long as you use the shipping label we provide.
Where can I find my return shipping label?
We’ll email you step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label. Please do not send items back using your own shipping label as we are not able to track and credit these items to your account.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of your return.
Will I receive a refund for shipping?
We are unable to refund shipping charges on orders below $100 (shipping is free on orders $100+).
