How do I start a return?

It’s super, super easy. Visit our Returns Center (you’ll need the email address associated with your purchase or order number and shipping ZIP Code) or log into your EasyStandard account and go to Returns. Next, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label, also sent to your email.

How long do I have to return something?

Something not quite right? Not a problem. Returns or exchanges are on us within 30 days of purchase — easy peasy. Items marked “Final Sale” are, indeed, final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. All else is fair game. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn and unused.  For orders placed between November 15 and January 1, you have until January 31 to process a return.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. Exchanges and returns are free.

Can I make an exchange?

Yes! For exchanges, follow the same steps outlined above and choose your preferred item after selecting the item you’ll be sending back.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging?

Nope! Ship your return back in your preferred packaging. We just ask that it’s still protected to avoid damage in transit. If your item(s) came in a soft mailer, there's a second adhesive strip to make it reusable.

Do I need to include an order slip?

Nope! We have all the information we need as long as you use the shipping label we provide.

Where can I find my shipping label?

Once you start a return, we’ll email you step-by-step instructions and a return shipping label.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Sorry about that! After starting your return, select “received wrong item” under “reason for return” to start an exchange. We’ll ship your preferred item right away!

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of your return.

Will I receive a refund for shipping?

We are unable to refund shipping charges on orders below $100 (shipping is free on orders $100+) or orders where expedited/express shipping is chosen.
