How does the program work? How do I sign-up?
Join the EasyInsider loyalty program to earn points toward cash and other amazing rewards, preview our latest drops and score early access to exclusive discounts. Talk about easy money!
Do I need to create another account for my rewards or is it already connected to the account I have from my first order?
If you have an EasyStandard account, you already have access to EasyInsider Rewards. If you don’t already have an account, just create one using the same email address you used when placing previous orders and you will automatically receive points from past purchases.
You can sign-in here to see your points, or if you haven't created an account yet, create an account and see your points balance. Just remember to use the same email.
Tell me more about the program. What perks do I receive as an EasyInsider?
All EasyInsider members receive great perks. This includes:
- 1 point per dollar of purchases (25% bonus for Higher Standard tiers and 50% bonus for Gold Standard tiers)
- Early access to sales
- Donate points to charities (coming soon)
- Free shipping specials (Higher Standard and Gold Standard tiers)
- Exclusive offers (Higher Standard and Gold Standard tiers)
- Product collaborations (Gold Standard tier)
The more you spend, the more exclusive perks you unlock.
How do I earn points?
There are many ways to earn points. Every time you shop, you’ll earn 1 point per dollar spent. You can also earn points for just creating an account, following us on Instagram and Facebook, leaving us a review and for signing up to receive great offers via SMS. Oh, and we even give you points just for celebrating your birthday.

Points will be earned on each dollar you spend (excluding taxes and shipping). You even can earn points when purchasing gift cards, however, you will not earn points when redeeming a gift card.
How do I redeem my points?
It’s simple. Once you reach 100 points (oh and by the way you can earn 85 points without even making a purchase!) just sign into your EasyStandard account when making a purchase and choose a reward at checkout to apply it to your order. You can redeem your points for rewards in increments of $5, $10, $15, $20, or $25.
Will I receive points for purchases I made before creating my rewards account?
Yes, just make sure to sign-up with the same email address you used to place your prior orders.
Do my rewards points expire?
Your points will only expire if there is no activity in your account after 1 year. But we’ve made it super simple to have activity, including making a purchase, redeeming points, or earning points in many other ways. You can earn points just for leaving us a review, following us on social or many other ways.

How long does my rewards (tier) status last?
Your rewards tier status lasts 1 year after you reach a new tier.
Can I redeem my rewards and take advantage of a site promotion?
Promotions and rewards cannot be stacked. Please choose one.
Do I lose my rewards points if I return my order?
Your points will be refunded back into your account if you return your order.
How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Please allow 48 hours for your points to appear in your Account.
How do I know what tier I am?
You can check your tier on both the Rewards page and your Account page once you sign into your EasyStandard account.
I can't log into my account! What should I do?
Don’t worry, it’s super easy. Just click "Forgot Your Password?" to reset your password from the Account page. From there, just verify your email address and we’ll send you a link to reset your password.

I have enough points! Why can't I redeem my points?
Be sure that you're signed-in to your account prior to checking out. If that still doesn’t work, please clear your browser's cache and cookies. Then, sign-in to your account again.

How does the referral program work?
For every friend you refer, they’ll get $15 off their first order of $50 or more (prior to shipping and taxes), and you’ll get $15 worth of rewards points to apply to your next order.
Visit here to refer a friend, enter. If you don’t yet have one you can register for one. Your friend will receive a referral link that they need to use for you to receive credit.
Do I need to have a rewards account to refer a friend?
No, you don't need an account to refer a friend. Simply add your email address and your friend’s email address. Once your friend places their order through your referral link, you'll receive an email with $15 off an order of $50 or more (excluding taxes and shipping).
How do I apply a referral discount?
If you've been referred by a friend, you will receive an email with a referral link. Click the link and copy the discount code from the pop-up that appears. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $15 discount for orders of at least $50 (before taxes and shipping).
If you've referred a friend and you have an EasyInsider Rewards account, you'll get an email confirming your $15 reward has been added to your account once your friend completes their order using your referral link. On your next order, you can apply your points in checkout via the drop down on the side cart.
If you've referred a friend and you don't have an EasyInsider Rewards account, you'll receive an email once your friend completes their order using your referral link. Click the link and copy the discount code from the pop-up that appears. Then, apply that discount during checkout for your $15 discount for orders of at least $50 (before taxes and shipping).
Please note we cannot apply referral discounts to previous orders.
Can I use my referral discount with another promo code?
Only one discount/promo code can be used per order.
